Review: The Chicco C1 full size stroller is the little cousin to the Chicco Cortina. It is Chicco's best seller in Europe and has a strong following over here as well.

It's smaller size makes it easier to transport and maneuver, especially if you take any form of public transportation. It' still a full sized Chicco stroller, so you get to enjoy a durable aluminum frame, a one step rear braking system and large wheels for uneven terrain.

The C1 has a large adjustable canopy for protection from the sun and elements for baby. It also has a four position fully reclinable seat and 5 point harness system. These all ensure baby stays comfortable and secure on your daily travels.

Like the Cortina, you will find an under carriage storage area, adjustable handles and trays for baby. Due to it's more compact size though the storage area is not as big, and some parents have a hard time storing larger items there. The handles do not adjust as much either; this can be a problem for you taller moms and dads out there. The C1 lacks a parent storage tray, but has a cup holder on the side.

Chicco always does a great job of using bright-bold colors and stylish designs. The C1 is no exception. It comes in 3 color options; Iceberg, Notting Hill, and Black Berry. The fabric is easy to clean and comfortable, making it ideal for you and your baby.

Like the Cortina, the C1 also comes available in a travel system. It has a locking system that fits the Key Fit Infant Car seat in case you decide to not buy them together.

For some reason prices will vary widely on the C1, so be careful where you buy from. We found prices as high as $185.99 while Amazon.com is selling it as low as $159.99 and Ebay for $149.99.

While the Chicco C1 does have fewer options than Chicco's flagship model, the Cortina, it is a great stroller. It's smaller size adds to maneuverability and makes it easier to transport. It also carries with it a smaller price tag than it's bigger cousin. If you're looking for a full size, all purpose baby stroller, the C1 is a great option.
