If you read our review of the EvenFlo Journey full size baby stroller, you know that the stroller is one of the best out there when it comes to safety and value. The same is true for the complete travel system. It may not have all the bells and whistles as the others we review here, but if you're on a limited budget and looking for a value packed travel system, the Journey is for you.

Even at it's lower price there are plenty of accessories and features that make it worth purchasing. The Journey Travel System includes the full size stroller, Embrace infant car set and adjustable car seat base.

The Embrace is a standard rear-facing infant car seat. It is made to handle a baby 5 to 22lbs, constructed of EPS energy absorbing foam and meets or exceeds all U.S. safety standards. It attaches easily to the leave-in-car base and Journey full size stroller for quick and disturbance free transferring of your kid.

The best feature about this travel system is it's exclusive Z shaped handle, which makes carrying your baby around a lot easier. It's ergonomically designed to allow for an easy carry and puts less strain on your hands and arm.

The seat includes a 5 point harness for optimal safety. There is a new two piece chest clip, two harness crotch positions and removable machine washable pads.

The average retail price on this unit is $159.99, which considering all that you are getting is a deal. You can pick it up at Amazon.com for $123.33.

Compared to the Chicco Cortina, Graco Quattro or Peg Perego Pliko P3 the EvenFlo Journey stroller did not score as high in it's review. A lack of rubber wheels, smaller maximum weight limits and other missing features hurt it a bit. But don't let that fool you; the Even Flo Journey is still a great stroller and travel system.

If you're budget is forcing you to be more value conscious, the EvenFlo Journey Travel System is the way to go.
